Job summary

Croell, Inc. in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a General Laborer to support the redi-mix plant and yard work, including mowing, form pouring, and loading materials. This full-time role offers overtime opportunities and a starting pay around $20+ per hour, depending on experience.

You will operate hand tools, perform various tasks as directed by the Plant Manager, and contribute to a safe, efficient worksite. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a $2000 sign-on

• Basic maintenance skills required.

Responsibilities

• Be prompt and timely for all shifts and projects.
• Perform yard work (mowing, sweeping).
• Block precast (filling forms with concrete).
• Part running (picking up or delivering parts).
• Operate hand tools and equipment as needed.
• Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope, including bad weather or extended hours.

Overview

The General Laborer will be responsible for performing various jobs around the redi-mix plant, performing yard work such as lawn mowing, tree trimming, pouring forms, etc.). The General Laborer is a full-time position that reports to the Plant Manager.

Requirements
