Job summary

Croell, Inc. is seeking a General Laborer to perform diverse tasks around the redi-mix plant and yard at our Cheyenne, WY location. This full-time role reports to the Plant Manager and offers overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Consent to pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Report request, and drug test.
• Basic maintenance skills required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate hand/foot controls.

Responsibilities

• Be prompt and timely for all shifts, schedules, and projects.
• Perform yard work (mowing, sweeping) as assigned.
• Block precast and fill forms with concrete.
• Part running (picking up or delivering parts).
• Operate hand tools and equipment as needed.
• Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work.
