Job summary

Atlantic Contracting & Material Co. is seeking reliable General Laborers / Offroad Truck Drivers to support field operations across the Mid-Atlantic region.

This role involves hands-on construction labor and operating company trucks or on-site haul vehicles, including articulating dump trucks, outdoors and traveling between job sites. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, lifting 50+ lbs, and working in varying weather; valid driver's license required, CDL a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience operating on-site haul trucks (such as articulating dump trucks) is a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel to different projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic / DMV region.
• Ability to perform physical labor, lift 50+ lbs., and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Must pass required drug and background checks.

Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors,

traveling to multiple job sites, and assisting with a wide range of tasks on heavy civil construction projects.
