Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking a Driver/Operator to operate an Articulating Off-Road Haul Truck and support the loading and placement of sand, gravel, and crushed rock at our job sites in the mid-Atlantic region.

The role requires 2–5 years of haul/driving experience on construction sites, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or in a team under deadlines. We offer extensive training and generous benefits as part of our family-owned company culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently or in a team under deadlines and pressure.
• Read and interpret gauges and follow safety procedures.
• Strong manual dexterity for handling tools and materials.
• Experience on construction sites with hauling materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Articulating Off-Road Haul Truck with dump body to transport and dump materials.
• Perform daily safety checks and report vehicle issues.
• Fuel the vehicle as required and at shift end.
• Haul and dump materials safely in designated areas.
• Assist with digging, spreading, and loading with hand tools as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas.
