Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Labor Worker for our Waverly, Nebraska site. You will assemble wall, roof, and floor trusses, reading blueprints and using hand tools and tape measures to build precise components.

Work is physically demanding with repetitive tasks and teamwork. This contract-to-hire role offers onsite employment with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience with hand tools.
• 6+ months experience in construction, general labor, or physically demanding environments.
• Physical nimbleness for truss roles.
• Ability to use air tools for wall side roles.

General Labor Worker - $18-$19/hr

Join our team to assemble custom wall trusses or roof and floor trusses. You'll have the opportunity to read and interpret blueprints, and use hand tools and tape measures to build trusses and walls. This role involves teamwork and repetitive tasks, requiring you to climb on and off tables and work in various physical positions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waverly, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
