Job summary

Fecon, LLC, a vegetation management equipment manufacturer in Lebanon, Ohio, is seeking a General Labor to support manufacturing operations. The role involves break out of material from laser systems, preparing units for shipping, and assisting in the warehouse.

Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious; experience with 5S and continuous improvement is a plus and crane/forklift experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must also be quality and safety driven.
• Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus.
• 5S and Continuous Improvement experience is a plus; however, this will be trained.
• Crane and forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Completes break out of material from laser systems.
• Preparing completed units for shipping.
• Assist in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed.
• Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must also be quality and safety driven.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Crane and forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Most work performed standing at floor level.
