General Labor Associates will support production by assembling boxes, preparing materials, maintaining quality standards, and helping keep operations moving safely and efficiently. This position offers structured training on 1st shift, clear work expectations, and the opportunity to work with a team‑focused operation that values reliability, safety, and strong attendance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $18.55 per hour for 1st shift.

• Work location: Onsite in LaGrange, GA 30240.
• 1st shift schedule: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• 2nd shift schedule: 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
• Training will be conducted on 1st shift for approximately one month.
• Brillium LI assessment testing is required prior to placement.
