Job summary

L&M Corrugated Container seeks dependable General Labor with forklift experience for the 2nd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM). Starting pay is $20.00/hour with paid lunch, overtime opportunities, and a path for advancement in a family-owned environment.

The role supports the production team by feeding material, assisting with setups, and ensuring quality and safety compliance across the line. Training is provided to grow into skilled production positions.

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers.
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Bundle and prepare finished orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete work orders based on production needs.

What You'll Do

As a General Labor team member, you'll play an important role in helping our production team deliver quality corrugated products to customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Feed corrugated into production machines
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
