Job summary

L&M Corrugated Container is hiring General Labor on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30am - 2:00pm) with starting pay at $20.00 per hour. No manufacturing experience? No problem—training and long-term career development are available in a family-owned environment.

As a General Labor team member, you will support production, assist with setups, uphold quality, and help maintain a safe, efficient work area while taking advantage of a comprehensive benefits and advancement program.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn multiple job functions.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers.
• Work with lead operators to keep production running smoothly.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Bundle and prepare finished orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete work orders based on production needs.

What You'll Do

As a General Labor team member, you'll play an important role in helping our production team deliver quality corrugated products to customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Feed corrugated into production machines
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Bundle and prepare finished orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Complete work orders based on production needs

What We're Looking For

• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
