L&M Corrugated is hiring for a General Labor - 1st Shift in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM with starting pay of $20.00 per hour. No manufacturing experience is required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers.
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Bundle and prepare finished orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete work orders based on production needs.

What You'll Do

As a General Labor team member, you'll play an important role in helping our production team deliver quality corrugated products to customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Feed corrugated into production machines
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Bundle and prepare finished orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Complete work orders based on production needs
