L&M Corrugated is hiring for General Labor on the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role supports our production team and offers training with opportunities to advance.

Expect a starting pay around $20 per hour, with a pathway to more responsibility as you learn multiple positions within a family-owned, team-focused environment. Responsibilities include feeding production machines, assisting with setups, inspecting quality, and keeping the area safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers.
• Work with lead operators to keep production running smoothly.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Bundle and prepare finished orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete work orders based on production needs.

What You'll Do

As a General Labor team member, you'll play an important role in helping our production team deliver quality corrugated products to customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Feed corrugated into production machines
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently
