Job summary

L&M Corrugated Container Corporation is seeking a dependable General Labor team member for the Sunday-Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift in Platteville, WI. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with paid lunch. No manufacturing experience? No problem—training is provided.

As a part of the production team, you will feed corrugated into machines, assist with setups, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting quality standards. Advancement opportunities and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Bundle and prepare finished orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Complete work orders based on production needs
