Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Production Worker for an on-site role in Aumsville, OR. You will monitor quality throughout production, inspect materials, and ensure products meet GMP standards before shipment. You’ll work closely with production teams to document findings and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This contract position offers room to grow within a food manufacturing setting, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and adherence to SOPs.

• Basic machine operating skills in a production setting.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ability to follow them consistently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for identifying defects and non-conforming products.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and quality.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety policies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing facility is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Aumsville, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
