Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking motivated Food Production Workers for the 1st shift to support the manufacturing process in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing, packaging, inspecting products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will operate machinery, assemble and label products, follow GMPs, and maintain clean, organized work areas while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (cold or warm).
