Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring a General Labor, Bakery‑Production – 3rd Shift in Swedesboro, NJ to support the bakery production process and ensure dough and baked products are properly shaped, scored, proofed, cooled, and quality‑checked. The role runs 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM on the 3rd shift, with weekend availability and a starting hourly rate of $18.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with product specifications and food safety standards.
• Operate and support scoring, proofing, cooling, and conveying processes to maintain efficient production flow.
• Verify recipe adherence and identify production variances, escalating concerns to line leadership as needed.
• Conduct product inspections, weight checks, and process monitoring to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment in accordance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify equipment or process issues and communicate potential mechanical or operational concerns promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, standard work practices, and problem‑solving initiatives to support operational excellence.

About The Role

We are seeking a General Labor, Bakery‑Production – 3rd Shift team member to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Labor, Bakery‑Production – 3rd Shift employee, you will be responsible for supporting the bakery production process by ensuring dough and baked products are properly shaped, scored, proofed, cooled, and monitored for quality. This role is critical to maintaining product consistency, food safety, production efficiency, and compliance with company quality standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd shift
• Shift Hours: 10:00PM - 6:30AM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly: $18

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and reasoning skills.
• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, reaching, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds independently and greater weights with assistance from co‑workers.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success)

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced food manufacturing, production, bakery, or packaging environment.
• Experience performing quality inspections or production line monitoring.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards.
• Experience working with automated production equipment or conveyor systems.
• Exposure to continuous improvement programs such as Centerline, CIL, Lean, or similar operational excellence initiatives.
