L&M Corrugated Container Corporation is hiring for General Labor on 2nd shift in Platteville, WI. Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, starting at $20.00 per hour. Join a family-owned company that promotes from within and offers training to help you build a long-term career.

Responsibilities include feeding production machines, assisting with setups, and ensuring quality while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. No manufacturing experience? No problem — we’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions precisely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers.
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Bundle and prepare finished orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete work orders based on production needs.
