Ferrara is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am) to operate and monitor confectionery production lines. You will ensure product quality, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced facility in Itasca, IL.
Responsibilities include changeovers, quality checks, and accurate documentation. Overtime is required to meet peak demand and cover absences. High school diploma or GED and at least basic manufacturing experience preferred.

Position requires the ability to work overtime. As a result, it may require working varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs.

As a Machine Operator, reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play an essential role in bringing our confectionery products to life. By operating and monitoring equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production processes, you'll help create the consistent taste, texture, and appearance our customers expect. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and focus on operational excellence directly contribute to delivering high-quality products enjoyed by consumers every day.
This position requires Overtime, Mandated and/or Voluntary, to be able to meet peak demand, cover for absences, or handle urgent projects.

$25.50 per hour plus a .58 cent per hour shift differential
