Job Description

Position Title: General Labor 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $23.20 per hour plus $0.25 shift differential

Category/Shift: Hourly Full Time (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday)

Physical Location: Bedford Park Box Facility, 5300 W. 73rd Street, Bedford Park, Illinois 60638

The Job You Will Perform

• General Labor duties at our Bedford Park Box facility.
• Perform a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced production environment, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Count and stack finished product, read factory orders, accurately read tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment, and use basic shop math.
• Inspect and accurately complete quality and administrative documents, follow directions, and perform cleanliness tasks such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, and sweeping.
• Work weekends and overtime as required.
• Complete a pre‑employment aptitude test, panel interview, background check, and drug screening.
• One (1) year of experience in related duties is highly preferred.
