Job Summary

General labor positions across our facilities. Prior manufacturing experience not required; a strong work ethic and teamwork are essential. Duties may include mixing, weighing/scaling, packaging, or supplying production lines. All roles require reliability and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Place products accurately on lines, in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn GMP.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Reading and writing in English preferred.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing environment: exposure to machines, noise levels, varied temperatures.
• Team‑oriented: communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Availability for overtime and shift work.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and work with hands for the duration of the shift.
• Lift at least 25 pounds.
• Work in environments that may be very cold or very warm.

Starting Pay: $17.10/hr. Shift differential available for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, a registered pension plan, and wellness benefits after the qualifying period.
