Conagra Brands in Troy, Ohio is hiring for a production operator on the 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shift. You will monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to maintain continuous output on a busy line feeding Slim Jim snacks.

You will perform product checks to ensure quality and will collaborate with all departments to meet production demand while upholding food safety and OSHA requirements. The role involves lifting up to 30 pounds and working around large machinery in a noisy environment.

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $21.27 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to the product supervisor, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 1000 associates.

• You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.

Ingredients That Will Help Your Success:

• This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
• This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us, we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment
• Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand
