Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a production-line teammate at our Troy Plant in Ohio to monitor and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring continuous output for Slim Jim products. You will work on the line, supply lines, and perform quality checks to meet safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to meet production demand, keep the work area clean per food-safety and OSHA requirements, and may work overtime to fulfil production needs.

Job description

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $21.27 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to the product supervisor, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 1000 associates.

You will be working on the production line and will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow. You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers. You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards. Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients That Will Help Your Success

This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things. This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us, we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfil production demand
