Job summary

Conagra Brands in Marshall, MO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support forklift operations in a freezer environment. You will load, unload, store, and move products, ensuring GMP, quality, and inventory accuracy while maintaining safe material handling throughout the facility.

The role requires operating a forklift and hand jack, with high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts, including overtime as needed.

Job description

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $20.57 an hour + $.75 shift differential Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, storing, and moving products within a freezer environment. You will help maintain an organized flow of production while ensuring good manufacturing practices, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and safe material handling throughout the facility.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Complete job assignments to support good manufacturing practices and quality standards.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and warehouse products.
• Verify counts of incoming and outgoing products and related materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and product handling.
• Support an organized and efficient production flow.
• Work in a cold freezer environment while following safety and food quality requirements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High School Diploma or GED, or at least one year of manufacturing employment in your work history.
• Experience operating a forklift and hand jack.
• Comfortable working scheduled shifts in a freezer environment.
• Capable of pushing and pulling forklift controls throughout the shift.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background screen and drug screen.
• Availability for overtime based on business needs.

Physical Requirements
