Job summary

Olsten is seeking a General Laborer for Well Drilling & Pump Installation. Pay is $15.00 per hour with a daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and a temp-to-hire path.

You will assist with drilling operations, help install and maintain water pumps, and ensure a safe, organized job site. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Previous construction, drilling, or labor experience is a plus but not required

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join a well drilling and pump installation team. This position offers hands-on experience in a skilled trade with the opportunity to be hired on permanently based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water well drilling operations


• Help install, repair, and maintain water pumps


• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials


• Maintain a clean and safe job site


• Operate hand and power tools as directed


• Follow all safety procedures and company policies


• Travel to various job sites as needed
