Job summary

TerraFirma in Washington state seeks a motivated field laborer to prepare trucks, perform hands-on field installations, and return equipment in top condition. You’ll work with an experienced crew, backed by training, tools, and top-notch equipment.

You will load, dig, backfill, and assist with installations, while upholding safety in crawlspaces, basements, and outdoor sites. A valid license and reliability are required for a real career with TerraFirma.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction or related trade experience.
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces or basements for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; team lifting for heavier loads.
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as directed by the Foreman.
• Perform hands-on labor including digging, backfilling trenches, and job site clean-up.
• Assist with product installations under Foreman direction, following approved methods.
• Carry and deliver heavy materials (up to 50lbs) to and from job sites.
• Work in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basements safely.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Operate TerraFirma vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Show up consistently and reliably — your crew counts on you.

POSITION SUMMARY

COMPENSATION

Competitive pay: $20-$28/hr DOE ($55,000-$65,000+ potential annual earnings with overtime and bonuses)
