Job summary

Olsten is seeking a dependable General Laborer for a well drilling and pump installation team. This temporary-to-hire role offers hands-on experience in a skilled trade with potential for permanent employment based on performance.

The position includes a daytime schedule, training, and growth opportunities across various job sites. You will work outdoors, assist with drilling, and perform labor tasks following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Previous construction, drilling, or labor experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join a well drilling and pump installation team. This position offers hands‑on experience in a skilled trade with the opportunity to be hired on permanently based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water well drilling operations


• Help install, repair, and maintain water pumps


• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials


• Maintain a clean and safe job site


• Operate hand and power tools as directed

• Travel to various job sites as needed
