Job summary

6AM City, LLC in Gillette, WY is seeking Construction Laborers for immediate openings. You will work outdoors on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, helping keep sites safe and productive while learning from experienced tradespeople.

The role is full-time with overtime opportunities, 40–60 hours per week, and pay ranging from $19 to $23 per hour. No formal experience required, but reliability, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic are valued.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You'll help keep projects moving by:

• Preparing and maintaining safe construction sites
• Loading, unloading, and distributing materials and equipment
• Digging, grading, trenching, and site cleanup
• Assisting skilled tradespeople and equipment operators
• Measuring and marking work areas
• Operating pumps, compressors, generators, and other tools
• Performing basic maintenance on tools and equipment
• Following all safety procedures and job site requirements

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
