Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is seeking a dedicated warehouse/maintenance helper in Doswell, VA to clean and prep rental equipment, inspect gear, and keep work areas safe and organized.

You will follow safety procedures, assist with basic maintenance, and support other yard operations as needed while ensuring equipment and tools are properly cleaned and stored after each shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior general labor or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Other duties as required

Education Requirements:

• High school or equivalent

Compensation:

• $18-$20 Hourly

• Overtime Pay

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment
• Able to work overtime occasionally
