Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is seeking a general labor/warehouse worker to clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers and hand tools. You will inspect gear, maintain clean bays, and follow safety procedures on outdoor sites.

Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reliability, and willingness to work overtime. High school diploma required; bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Able to work overtime occasionally.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

About the Job

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
