Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring for Driver/Customer Service in Silicon Valley. You will drive a company truck with a teammate, engage customers, provide upfront pricing, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

Earn $25-$30+ per hour plus tips and bonuses, with weekly pay, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), paid training, and opportunities for growth. Open positions include full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Licensed to drive in California with a clean 3-year driving history
• Comfortable with physical work
• Confident communicating with customers
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Available for at least one weekend day
• Able to use a smartphone for company apps

Responsibilities

• Team up with a crew member, get your route, and head to appointments
• Drive a company truck between scheduled stops
• Talk with customers to understand needs and provide upfront pricing
• Deliver a positive customer experience from arrival to completion
• Remove and load furniture, appliances, and other items
• Safely handle items weighing 75+ lbs
• Identify opportunities to donate or recycle usable materials
• Communicate with operations to keep the day moving
