1-800-GOT-JUNK? in California is seeking dependable, energetic people for a role that blends customer service, sales, and physical work. You'll meet customers at homes and businesses, present services, and help them decide.

You'll drive between appointments, lift items, and help clear out spaces. The job offers paid training, full- and part-time schedules, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid California driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving history for the previous 3 years.
• Be comfortable with customer-facing conversations.
• Be capable of performing physical work throughout your shift.
• Be dependable and work well alongside others.
• Have availability for at least one weekend day.
• Have a smartphone capable of downloading company apps.
• Experience in delivery, customer service, retail, sales, or general labor can translate well to what we do.
• Experience in other roles such as hospitality, moving or warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers at homes and businesses.
• Learning what they need removed and walking them through our service.
• Providing pricing and helping customers make decisions.
• Driving between appointments throughout your route.
• Removing furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Safely lifting and carrying items weighing 75+ lbs.
• Finding opportunities to donate or recycle reusable items.
• Keeping in touch with dispatch as the day progresses.

You'll spend your shifts out in the community working alongside a teammate, meeting different customers, and helping clear out homes and businesses. • $29-$33/hr average earnings with hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses
