1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Silicon Valley is seeking reliable individuals who blend strong customer service with driving and hands-on tasks. This role combines route driving, sales, moving, and customer interaction, offering variety each shift.

You’ll drive a company vehicle between jobs, meet customers, discuss pricing, lift and load items, and help leave customers with a positive impression of the brand. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with paid training and benefits.

Route Driver / Truck Team Member
Silicon Valley | Full-Time & Part-Time | No CDL Needed

This role is a mix of route driving, sales, moving, general labor, and customer interaction, so every shift looks a little different.

During your shift, you'll:

• Drive a company vehicle between customer jobs
• Meet homeowners and business customers
• Ask questions to understand what the customer needs removed
• Explain pricing and help customers choose the right service
• Move and load furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
• Perform physical work that includes lifting 75+ lbs
• Separate items for recycling, donation, or disposal
• Stay in contact with dispatch as routes and appointments change
• Help leave customers with a positive impression of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand
