Jobot is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead electrical operations on a $50 million Bay Area project. You will oversee crews, coordinate with project management, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

This hands-on leadership role offers high visibility on a premier construction program and the opportunity to drive excellent workmanship within an employee-owned company.

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on large‑scale electrical projects.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.

• Solid understanding of electrical code, safety standards, and quality control.

This is a chance to take a hands‑on leadership role on a major, high‑visibility project in the Bay Area overseeing crews, coordinating with project management, and ensuring the work is done safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on large‑scale commercial/institutional electrical projects
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to coordinate closely with PMs, superintendents, and other trades
• Solid understanding of code, safety standards, and quality control
• Experience with higher‑ed or student housing projects is a plus
