Responsibilities

• 1. Oversee, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, ensuring all work adheres to established plans and specifications.
• 2. Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure maximum productivity.
• 3. Perform regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
• 4. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• 5. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• 6. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• 7. Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair work.
• 8. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications

• 1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
• 2. Proven experience as an electrical foreman or a similar lead electrical role.
• 3. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and best practices.
• 4. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• 5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 6. Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
