Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on large-scale construction projects in Blacksburg, VA. You will supervise 5+ electricians, coordinate daily field activities, and ensure installations meet drawings, specs, and codes. This is a growth-focused role with a major contractor.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Experience leading electrical crews of 5+ employees.
• Strong background in large-scale electrical construction.
• Experience with multifamily, commercial, data center, and/or hospitals/healthcare projects.
• Healthcare and/or data center project experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred; opportunity to obtain after joining.

• Mentor and develop electricians and field personnel.

Job Details

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading field crews and overseeing electrical installation on large-scale construction projects.

What we're looking for
