Job summary

US Tech Force is seeking a General Fabricator with experience grinding stainless and mild steel and a proven attendance record. You will follow blueprints to produce accurate parts and inspect them for quality while maintaining a safe, efficient work pace.

The role requires the ability to read blueprints (CG and paper copies), operate grinding tools and saws, and contribute to a collaborative fabrication team in our facility. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Grind stainless and mild steel to required specs.
• Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, both digital and paper.
• Set up, operate grinding tools to remove burrs and finish surfaces.
• Operate saw to cut material to required specs.
• Polish metal or plastic work pieces.
• Contribute to a team-focused fabrication environment.

Job description

• Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM up to 10 hours/day

US Tech Force is looking for a talented General Fabricator! The qualified individual will have experience grinding stainless and mild steel, have excellent communication skills and have an excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities of the Job:
Follow blueprints to make accurate parts.

Flexible Schedule: 4 AM to 2:30 pm; 5 AM to 3:30 PM or 6 AM to 4:30 PM.

• Grind stainless and mild steel

• Operator Saw to cut material to required specs
• Setup, operate, grinding tools to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces

• Previous experience in a fabrication or machine shop
• Good mechanical aptitude

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
