Job summary

Superior Industries is seeking a skilled Fabricator for our night shift in Morris, MN. You will fabricate parts to precise tolerances, read blueprints, and keep paperwork updated to reflect changes in production.

This role requires safe operation of forklifts and cranes, good attendance, and the ability to work in a team. Starting pay is $19-$24 per hour with a $3 shift differential, Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to read blueprints with attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading tape measurements (1/8", 1/16", 1/32").

• Fabricate parts with precise tolerances.
• Update paperwork and reflect any changes accurately

we’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our night shift team. This role involves fabricating parts and carrying out various tasks to support our production process. Night Shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am Monday through Thursday

Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $19-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location. Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Key Responsibilities

• A Fabricator is responsible for completing the following duties:


• Read and interpret detailed blueprint drawings and dimension styles.


• Fabricate parts with precise tolerances.


• Update paperwork and reflect any changes accurately


• Safely operate forklifts and cranes, including acquiring and maintaining training certificates.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading 1/8\", 1/16\", and 1/32\" gradations on a tape measure, converting feet to inches, and converting fractions to decimals.
