Job summary

Superior Ind in Morris, MN is seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our production team. You will read blueprints, fabricate parts to spec, and support our manufacturing process.

This role follows a day shift with competitive pay and strong benefits. Attendance, teamwork, and safety are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a team.
• Able to read blueprints with attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" gradations on a tape measure, converting feet to inches, and converting fractions to decimals.

Job description

We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our team. This role involves fabricating parts and carrying out various tasks to support our production process. If you have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and relevant experience, we invite you to apply.

A Fabricator is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Read and interpret detailed blueprint drawings and dimension styles.
• Fabricate parts with precise tolerances.
• Update paperwork and reflect any changes accurately
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes, including acquiring and maintaining training certificates.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $19-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 5:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday | 5:00am - 11:00am Friday
