Senior Business Development Lead | Metric Geo | Critical Projects

Metric Geo is partnered with a leading turnkey data center solutions provider to hire a General Electrical Superintendent for projects across Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day electrical field operations across one or more active data center projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Lead daily safety briefings, inspections, and enforce site protocols to maintain zero-incident goals.
• Collaborate closely with project management and site leadership from pre-construction through final handoff.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 in a superintendent or leadership role.
• Proven background in managing large-scale, mission-critical projects (preferably data centers).
• Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and high-voltage installations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills across trades and stakeholders.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
