Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Title 1 Schools: two years of college or higher degree or approved equivalent.
• Preferred: associate’s degree or higher in education or related field.
• Preferred: bilingual skills for district population.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support under the direction of a certified teacher.
• Implement instructional strategies and classroom supports.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress and behavior.
• Assist with assessments, attendance, and paperwork.
• Supervise students across classrooms, playgrounds, lunchrooms, and activities.
• Perform clerical and organizational tasks and data entry.
