Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Title 1: two years of college or higher education, or an associate degree, or equivalent demonstration.
• Preferred: experience with children in education or childcare.
• Preferred: associate’s degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students under a certified teacher's direction; work with individuals and small groups.
• Assist with assessments, attendance, and required paperwork.
• Prepare instructional materials and manage classroom data/documentation.
• Support student engagement, independence, and participation in activities across settings.
