Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience with children with disabilities or in related settings is required.
• Bilingual skills relevant to district population are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and behavioral support under a certified teacher.
• Implement IEP accommodations, modifications, and instructional strategies.
• Monitor and report student progress and behavior; maintain records per IEP goals and Medicaid documentation.
• Assist with materials, assessments, attendance, and required paperwork.
• Support daily routines and transitions to promote student independence.
• Supervise students across settings and respond to diverse needs throughout the day.
• Perform clerical and organizational tasks and manage supplies.
