Job summary

Guardian Dentistry in Springfield, MA seeks a General Dentist to join a busy family practice with strong patient flow and modern technology. Competitive salary with growth based on collections; path to partnership; mentorship and robust clinical support.

We offer a minimum $200,000/year guaranteed salary, health benefits for 20+ hours/week, paid malpractice, a 401(k), and a $2,000 annual CE allowance. DEA license renewal and dues are covered.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including Restorative procedures, Extractions, Crown & Bridge, Endodontics, iTero scanning.
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills & collaborative spirit; committed to exceptional patient experience.
