Guardian Dentistry Partners in Houston’s Midtown area is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a high-volume practice with strong patient flow and modern technology. You will have clinical autonomy with mentorship and a Doctor Development Plan, and a clear path toward partnership.

Compensation starts with a $300,000 yearly salary minimum, with higher earnings through collections. Benefits include health, malpractice insurance, 401(k), CE allowance, DEA license renewal coverage, and dues.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program is required.
• Active state dental license and DEA license.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry with specified procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry including restorative work, extractions, crown & bridge, and endodontics.
• Utilize iTero scanning and imaging to plan treatments.
• Deliver high-quality patient experience with collaborative care.
