Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners' Smile Exchange of Springfield is seeking a General Dentist to join a busy, family-focused practice with modern technology and strong patient flow. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules, mentorship, and a clear Doctor Development Plan with a path to partnership.

You will provide comprehensive dentistry including restorative, extractions, crown & bridge, and endodontics, with iTero scanning experience valued.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active state dental license and DEA license required.
• Competency in restorative procedures, extractions, crown & bridge, and endodontics.
• Experience with iTero scanning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative work, extractions, crowns and bridges, and endodontics.
• Utilize iTero scanners for digital impressions and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience and uphold clinical standards.
