Job summary

Desort is seeking a General Dentist in Rockingham, NC to provide comprehensive tooth replacement and restorative care, including extractions, implants, dentures, and related prosthetic services. On-site lab support and hands-on clinical mentorship are available to develop surgical skills for complex cases.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Current or eligible dental license to practice.
• Implant experience preferred but not required.
• Surgical experience, particularly with complex cases, highly preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent chairside manner and patient communication.
• Compassionate, caring approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dentists, laboratory personnel, and other clinical team members.
• Commitment to continued clinical learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Consult with patients, perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide extraction and surgical dental services, including complex cases as appropriate.
• Provide removable, fixed, and implant-supported tooth replacement solutions.
• Assist with planning and delivery of dentures, partials, implants, and related prosthetic services.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel in design and fabrication of dentures and partials.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with strong chairside communication.
• Maintain clinical documentation and follow professional standards.
• Stay current with dentistry developments through continuing education.
