Job summary

Desort is seeking a General Dentist in Mesquite, TX to provide comprehensive tooth replacement and restorative care for adults. The role emphasizes extractions, removable prosthetics, implants, and other replacement solutions, with on-site lab support and hands-on mentorship.

Both experienced dentists and those aiming to develop surgical and implant skills are encouraged to apply. A weekday schedule with no nights or weekends is offered, along with mentoring and continuing education

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current license to practice dentistry.
• Implant experience is preferred but not required.
• Surgical experience with complex cases is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent chairside manner and patient communication.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborative approach.
• Commitment to ongoing clinical learning.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Consult, examine, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform extractions and surgical procedures as needed.
• Provide removable, fixed, and implant-supported tooth replacement solutions.
• Assist with planning and delivering dentures, partials, implants, and related prosthetics.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel on denture/partial fabrication.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to professional standards.
• Stay current with dentistry developments and continuing education.
