42North Dental in Torrington, CT seeks a General Dentist to join our growing practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment delivery, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Currently licensed to practice dentistry in the state.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Malpractice insurance proof required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform dental surgical procedures when needed.
• Maintain high standards of care and professional ethics.
• Keep up with evolving practices through continuing education.

Conocimientos

CPR certification

Educación

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
