42North Dental in Torrington, CT seeks a General Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

2–5 days/week, 8 AM–5 PM with compensation up to 36% of collections. The role includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuing education, with a focus on growth, leadership, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments through CE and ongoing learning.
