Job summary

Eastern Dental in New Jersey is seeking a patient-focused Dentist for our established multi-specialty practice. You will diagnose and treat patients, provide comprehensive general dentistry, and educate patients on preventive care.

Join a team that values high-quality care, patient satisfaction, and continuous learning. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with compensation either as an hourly rate or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• NJ State Dental License in good standing.
• Ability to be credentialed with insurances and government programs.
• Proficient in regular checkups and dental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases.
• Provide General Dentistry and preventive care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and dental boards.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
