Texas Dental & Braces in Schertz, TX is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time role with high earning potential up to $450K based on production. You will have full clinical autonomy, a steady stream of patients, and a doctor-owned practice behind you.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Texas dental license in good standing.
• Active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
• Professional dentist liability insurance.
• Comfort with a broad range of general dentistry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose using X-rays and diagnostic tools
• Perform fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, partials, and other restorative work
• Administer anesthetics and keep patients comfortable throughout treatment
• Build individualized treatment plans and walk patients through their options
• Write prescriptions and fabrication instructions as needed
• Keep clinical documentation and coding accurate and on time
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, and clinical SOPs
• Take part in team meetings and company initiatives

What your days look like

Position Dentist

Position Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• 2+ years of clinical experience (3+ preferred)
• Active Texas dental license in good standing
• Active DEA registration and current BLS certification
• Professional dentist liability insurance
• Comfort with a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Strong communication with patients and team members
• Clinical integrity and comfort in a high-volume setting
